Every module is 40 hours, and you see all of them.
A module is one complete , built end to end. Here is exactly where the forty hours go, and every phase ends with something working you can see for yourself. This is module one, getting to know your business included. Take several and we do that discovery once, up front, after which those hours move into building, part of why the price per module drops. This breakdown is for software; when hardware is involved, that complexity decides what a module is, and we look at it separately first.
Forward-deployed engineer
A day inside your business. The engineer talks to the people who do the work, looks at the real systems and data, and scopes the . And builds right away: by the end of that day there is a , not a plan.

We start by sending a into your business, then we build in fixed modules. That module is the unit of account for everything we do, from a one-week sprint to a full custom platform. You buy what you need, one piece at a time, and you own all of it.
One complete , end to end: the interface, the , and the data behind it. Everything we build is priced in these, custom quotes included, so you can always trace where the price comes from. No hourly meters, no scope creep.
The more you commit up front, the less each module costs. The tiered rate applies once the modules are committed together at signing; a module you add later stays at €8,000. Licences, usage, hosting, and hardware are quoted separately and run on your own account. The same scale applies whether we are advising you or building for you.

Our module rate works out at €200 per hour. That includes far more than a senior engineer's time. It gives you our complete in-house development stack: AI tokens, Product Factory for structure and build speed, Mission Control for monitoring behind the scenes, and security software that checks quality and safety. Those systems represent years of work and substantial investment. As a result, we can build in one week what a traditional software firm often needs four to eight weeks for. We carry the risk on the estimate, you carry it on the delay. So what makes a module a module is written down before we start. Without those terms, a fixed price is just an hourly meter with a bow on it.

- One scoped per module, with its acceptance criterion attached, so “done” is not a matter of taste.
- A working version every ten hours, so you steer along the way instead of afterwards.
- The code, the accounts, and the infrastructure in your name from the first delivery.
What we need from you
- Access to the systems and data involved within five business days of kickoff.
- One decision-maker who signs on your behalf, and feedback within two business days of each demo.
- Anything outside the agreed scope becomes the next module, not silent overrun.
- If things stall on your side the schedule moves with it; the price we agreed stays put.
