AI, in the open

We run on itourselves.

It would be odd to help companies build AI into their core and keep it in the brochure ourselves. This page shows where AI sits in our own work, and where we make the call.

01 · The principle

AI does the work, people carry the consequences

We are an AI-first company. That does not mean a model has the last word. It means that for every piece of work we first ask whether a system can do it, and only then how much human work is left.

The line is simple: AI may look up, draft, summarise and prepare. Decisions about money, agreements and promises are ours. Whatever you get from us has been seen by a person before it counts.

02 · Where it sits

Where you meet our AI

Concretely, instead of in general.

Nova, our assistant

On this site and inside our own system. She answers questions from our knowledge base and the published pages. If she does not know, she says so rather than guessing.

Images and descriptions

Uploads automatically get a description for screen readers and search engines. A person can always overrule it.

Our own build

This site, the CMS and the CRM behind it were built with AI, and double as the showroom for what we build for others.

Email from an AI sender

If you get a confirmation drafted by Nova, it says so at the bottom. No AI posing as a colleague.

03 · The limits

Two assistants, one dividing line

On this website Nova talks to whoever walks in. Inside our own system, behind the login, she knows the whole company. That separation lives in the code and is guarded by tests.

On the website: no client data

The assistant you are speaking to here cannot read our CRM. No client names, no records, no internal notes. That version gets exactly two abilities: search our knowledge base, and pass on your contact details if you want that.

Internally: the whole company

Behind our own login Nova knows companies, contacts, deals, enquiries, tasks and the full timeline of email, calls and notes. So whoever calls you back knows what it was about. It is the same thing we build for our clients.

No invented figures

Prices, timelines and guarantees come from our own knowledge base or they do not come at all. She points you to the place on the site where it says so.

A human is always available

You can ask for a person at any point. Then one of us gets in touch, by plain email or phone.

04 · Your data

What happens to a conversation

A conversation with Nova is kept so we can see which questions we answer badly, and so the colleague calling you back knows what it was about. After ninety days a scheduled task clears it.

If you want to know exactly what is kept, for how long and which parties are involved: it is all in our privacy statement.

Work this way too

This is not a demo. This runs.

What you are using here is what we build into your company: in your processes, on your data, and yours the moment it stands.
